Over the past months, we’ve had the privilege of walking alongside some remarkable families – each with their own story, their own vision of what home should feel like. Here are a few of those journeys.
The People Project
One of the families we work with had reached a turning point. They didn’t just need staff, they needed people.
So we listened. We spent time understanding not just the roles to be filled, but the values of this family, the tone of their home, the unspoken expectations that matter most in private life. From there, we carefully sourced and vetted a full household team; an estate manager, a personal chef, and a childcare specialist. Each one not only exceptionally skilled, but genuinely aligned with the family’s world.
The result wasn’t just operational harmony. It was the quiet confidence that comes from knowing your home is in the right hands.
Breathing New Life Into a Beloved Home

Some homes carry decades of living within their walls and that’s not something to be erased. It’s something to be honoured.
When we were invited to work with a family whose home had been theirs for over twenty years, we approached it not as a renovation project, but as a restoration of feeling. We reorganised and refreshed wardrobes, office, garages and storage spaces that had slowly lost it’s structure and flow.
What emerged was a beautiful space that felt both deeply familiar and wonderfully new. A thoughtful home and label for everything that the family used and that mattered. A flow on how things are stored and careful thought about how it flows and fits in with the way the family live and relax.
Restful Renovations
There are few things more stressful than a major or even minor, renovation especially when it’s your primary home, and life simply has to carry on around it.
We stepped in for one of our clients at the end of major renovation to collaborate on the finer and final details of all finishes & the staff training thereof. Our role was to be the calm in what can so easily become chaos.
The result was a home that was well documented and staff that were well trained on how to care and manage every finishing and furnishing.
